Who's in the room

Languages and countries of everyone who opened the guide, counted from the browser's own language setting. Aggregate daily totals only — no IP, no plan code, no device, nothing per-visit. The unit is an app open, not a person.

Workshop ratings

Anonymous by construction — no dancer identity, coordinates, IP or device data is stored. Instructors and workshops are identified; dancers and staff are not.

Teachers

There are no passwords and no codes. You put a teacher's name and the address they gave you on this roster; they type that address into the app and get a one-time link by email. Only addresses on this list can sign in, so this roster is the access control.

The name must match the timetable exactly — that is how the app knows which classes are theirs.

Or add one at a time:

Congress calendar

The events teachers can tick. Anything starting in the next twelve months shows up in their calendar; dancers who follow a teacher see what they ticked.

Import a feed

Paste a CSV with the columns Start Date, End Date, Event, City, Country. Events already here are updated in place, so teachers' ticks survive a date correction. Anything that stops appearing is marked no longer listed and shown struck through — never deleted. Dry run first if you want to see what a file would do before it does it.

Teacher profiles

Teachers write their own bio and upload their own photo from the app. Nothing reaches a dancer until you approve it here. Each submission carries a confirmation from that teacher that the photo is theirs to use and that everyone in it agreed — that tick is what you point at if a photographer ever writes in, so if a photo looks like a professional festival shot, ask before approving.

Teacher feedback

What the teachers said about each room, after the class. Attributed, unlike the dancer ratings — a teacher signs their own read. It is about the group as a whole; individual dancers are never named.

Clips waiting for review

Dancer-submitted video, uploaded to the channel as unlisted. Nothing appears in the app until you approve it here. Approving keeps it unlisted and embeddable — it never gets listed on the channel. If someone in a clip objects, reject it; the app also lets anyone hide a clip instantly, which sends it back to this queue.

Thank-yous waiting to be read

Notes dancers wrote for volunteers. An automatic check reads every note for kindness before it appears; anything it refuses, and anything it could not judge, lands here instead of on the wall. Held is not rejected — it is waiting for you. Notes written in Kreyòl, Swahili, Tagalog, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Arabic always land here, because the safety model was only trained on eight languages and a pass it cannot give is not evidence of anything. Publishing or hiding here overrides the check in both directions.
